The location to Disneyland was perfect.

Our experience was filled with frustration. The air conditioning in our room was non-functional, and it took forever for staff to address it, forcing us to move to another room at an inconvenient time. On top of that, the second room smelled strongly of smoke, overshadowing any comfort we hoped for during our stay. The noise from ongoing remodeling was constant, making it impossible to relax or enjoy our time.

The king suite was spacious and comfortable, yet I found

the shower pressure lacking during peak hours. The amenities were plentiful, and I appreciated the effort the staff put into maintaining cleanliness. However, the lack of timely service when I needed assistance was a bit disappointing.

The two-room king suite was fantastic, giving us plenty of space, and the kitchenette made it easy to enjoy meals in. Relaxing by the outdoor pool and soaking in the jacuzzi were highlights of our stay. We did notice that there were only two towels for a family of four, but it didn’t ruin our good time at all! 😊

i had a lovely stay at best western. my king suite was spacious and clean, perfect for a solo traveler. the hotel is located right next to a business park, which was super convenient. i appreciated the friendly and prompt check-in and check-out process. the outdoor swimming pool and fitness center added a nice touch to my experience. plus, the breakfast was a winner!

great stay but parking fee confusion

The room size made our stay very comfortable, allowing us to spread out and relax. Despite some remodeling work, the noise level was surprisingly low, which made for a pleasant environment.
